Warmest Appreciation to East Berkshire Golf Club

We are thrilled to share that East Berkshire Golf Club has raised an incredible £23,500 for the Link Visiting Scheme during the 2024/25 Captaincy year!

A huge thank you to Marcus Swanston, Club Captain, and Jayne Mattey, Ladies Captain, for choosing us as their joint charity. This support means the world to us and will make a significant impact on our work.  

Marcus commented, that  “It has been great fun raising funds for the charity over the past year, and working with the Link members has been our pleasure.  Jayne and I are immensely proud to have led the fundraising of such a wonderful amount which we are sure will help the charity and its community.  We are so very grateful to the members of the East Berkshire Golf Club for their generosity and support.” 

We’re also delighted that some golf club members, inspired by our mission, have signed up to become volunteers.
