A night at the MJ Awards 2023

It was a fantastic achievement to be nominated for a prestigious MJ Award for Innovation in Partnerships for the Keeping In Touch (KIT) project, funded and designed by Wokingham Borough Council working alongside Age UK Berkshire and Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

We are so proud of this project which supports older people facing life transitions and prevents possible crisis.

We didn’t get first prize but we were thrilled to be there and proud of Wokingham Borough Council who brought home two fantastic awards. And Huw Edwards was great!
